Information and purposes
The public menu requires no registration and has no contact form. If you contact us by telephone or email, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry and manage your order. Private panel access uses an authorised email address, authentication information and technical security records.
Legal bases and retention
Enquiries and orders are processed to take steps at your request and perform the resulting service; legally required records are kept to meet applicable obligations. Access security is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website. Optional external media use your consent, which you can withdraw. Information is kept for the time needed for its purpose and applicable legal retention periods.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and Supabase provides the content, image storage and private authentication service. Our technical providers may process connection and security data. Optional Google media operate only after your choice to allow them. These providers may use international infrastructure; their published data protection terms describe the applicable transfer safeguards. See Vercel, Supabase and Google.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, as applicable, by contacting the owner using the contact details above. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
